We are a rapidly growing company, committed to improving people's lives by developing innovative products. We are looking for a talented and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to introduce our products, answer their questions and close deals.
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries, and build strong relationships with potential customers through exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and competition, and communicate these insights to the team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems
