Tara Software Group is a rapidly growing technology startup that is revolutionizing the Blockchain industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a CTO. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy while leading our product development efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall technology strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage technology to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Lead a team of talented engineers and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define product roadmaps, set timelines, and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role in a technology-driven company.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, including defining product roadmaps and driving product launches.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, including providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address technical challenges on time
  • Extensive experience in developing JavaScript-based applications, including proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as ReactJs and NextJS. The CTO should be able to guide the team in choosing the appropriate framework for different projects.
  • In-depth understanding of server-side JavaScript platforms and frameworks, such as Node.js and Express.js. The CTO should be able to architect and oversee the development of scalable and high-performance server-side applications.
  • Experience with database technologies commonly used in applications, such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL Or MySQL
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and deployment strategies
