شرح موقعیت شغلی

Tapsi Doctor, a platform within the TAPSI Group, is dedicated to transforming healthcare experiences by providing easy access to over-the-counter medications, prescribed drugs, supplements, and medical equipment. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Test Engineer to join our team—someone who is passionate about quality, has a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products. If you enjoy collaborating with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify issues early and deliver high-quality software, we’d like to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality standards.
  • Plan and lead testing processes, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
  • Execute functional, regression, API, database, and mobile tests.
  • Manage the full QA lifecycle and oversee release quality.
  • Investigate and analyze defects, prioritize issues, and refine test scenarios.
  • Analyze product specifications and assess feature impacts.
  • Review and approve QA reports.
  • Ensure accurate and stable deployment of products across environments.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations teams for rapid issue resolution.
  • Contribute to improving internal QA processes and promoting a Quality Mindset across the team.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA.
  • Ability to write structured Test Cases, Test Plans, and Test Scenarios.
  • Experience with API testing (especially using Postman).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Sentry.
  • Experience in managing or leading part of a QA team is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage testing and release projects.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  •  Familiarity with automated testing using Selenium.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of test automation is a plus.
  • Experience in mobile app testing (Android / iOS) — an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
