Job Description

Job Summary
Tapsell is looking for a talented and analytical Product Manager to join one of our most critical core teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional squad of developers, data scientists, and product designers to solve complex, high-impact problems centered around Artificial Intelligence, predictive modeling, and machine learning-driven behavioral analysis.

You will bridge the gap between deep technical concepts and product execution, driving discovery, planning, and task management. If you are passionate about tackling challenging technical topics and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Execution: Manage the product backlog, oversee task management, and drive sprint planning to ensure smooth execution alongside the technical, data, and design teams.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Actively engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and foster a culture of seamless communication and strong intra-team collaboration.
Product Discovery & Strategy: Conduct continuous product discovery, market research, and comprehensive competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Data Analysis & Monitoring: Perform basic statistical analysis, build and maintain straightforward monitoring dashboards, and leverage data to make informed product decisions.
Technical Alignment: Dive deep into complex technical concepts, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to translate AI and ML capabilities into valuable product features.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Product Management. (Note: Highly talented candidates with less experience demonstrating strong potential will also be seriously considered).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, MBA, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, extract actionable insights, and create monitoring dashboards.
Technical Aptitude: A strong technical understanding with a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with complex technical, AI, and ML concepts.
Execution & Agile Tools: Solid proficiency in task management methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira.

Preferred Qualifications (Big Pluses)
Domain Expertise: Previous experience working in the Ad Tech industry or with App Stores is a massive advantage.
Data Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Kibana, Apache Superset, or Metabase.
