استخدام Software Test Engineering Lead

We are looking for a Software Test Engineering Team Lead who has previous experience in leading a team of manual and automation testers in an agile environment and is preferred to have vast experience in manual and automation testing processes and tools for web and desktop applications. You will guide and support the team to improve the overall testing practices of the organization to achieve better outcomes and quality of our different software products. You’ll be leading the quality effort on all software releases. With your testing team, you will be defining the test strategies, and developing processes and tools which include desktop and web applications with the client and server-side products, API platform, and server infrastructure.
Tasks in detail:
- Leading and developing a team of software test engineers, and providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Driving manual and automated test planning & strategy, executing them and implementing testing standards within the organization.
- Participating in estimation and planning sessions and also developing, and managing testing schedules, ensuring that the testing team meets expectations and deadlines.
- Overseeing the implementation and execution of functional, non-functional regression, and acceptance tests.
- Overseeing projects to make sure work is scheduled based on priorities, risks, and team strengths and assignment of resources across projects.
- Driving the adoption of agile testing practices throughout the whole team.
- Evaluating current testing processes, tools, and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement/maturation.
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation
- Checking extracted reports from the team and providing top management with these reports if needed to enhance the quality of projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of proven experience as a team lead.
- Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and practices.
- Proficiency in testing skills (Design test plans and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, Verifying bugs).
- Experience in Web (Frontend /Backend), APIs, and Desktop testing.
- Familiarity with various defect management systems.
