شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Data Analyst, you will dive deep into data, analyze large data sets, discover root causes for major problems, and design long-term solutions. The role is highly impactful with goals that directly impact users’ experience and the bottom line of the business. The ideal candidate will need to be a self-learner, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail, with the ability to work with people from other departments with different backgrounds.


Tasks in detail:


  • Extracting, auditing and cleansing data required for decision-making.
  • Running exploratory data analysis with statistical methodology and creating data models.
  • Generating business insights, and providing practical recommendations.
  • Designing and developing metrics and dashboards, to improve performance, reduce costs, or making key business decisions.
  • Producing written documentation to support your work, and generating conclusive reports based on your findings to present to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring continuously and evaluating.
  • Defining project scope, work breakdown, preparing a timeline, and managing to deliver within deadline.

Responsibilities:


  • Strong business sense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with statistical modelling, and analyzing large and complex data sets.
  • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
  • Familiarity with Stata, R or Python is a plus.
