Task in details:
- Manage employees' attendance policies and work with the attendance software.
- Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
- Preparing and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
- Prepare personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries.
- Responsible for employee queries on C&B issues.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and payslips.
- General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
- Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers
- Familiarity with System Rahkaran & Kasra.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
- Having good knowledge in labor law.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must have attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work under constant deadlines.
- Being responsible and committed.
- Being people oriented and having good communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
