شرح موقعیت شغلی


We are looking for a highly experienced General Accountant, familiar with sales and store accounting, to join our new business, Garage.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine accounting tasks.
  • Proficient in sales and store accounting
  • Doing general accounting and treasury
  • Preparation of sales and cost and cash reports
  • Experienced in preparing quarterly VAT reports
  • Experienced in preparing financial statement reports
  • Experienced in closing financial statement
  • Daily bookkeeping of various financial transactions and invoices.
  • Finding and addressing any discrepancies in accounting.
  • Offering advice to organizations on how to reduce costs.
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Preparing the payment request by verifying documentation, and related supporting documents.
  • Communicating with third parties to reconcile & confirming the balance.
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Examining the financial documents and confirming their accuracy with laws and regulations.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Having responsibilities for daily tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to make the right decisions even under stressful situations.
  • Focused and precise on the given tasks.
  • Ability to manage the time to perform the given tasks on time.
  • Familiar with Tax and SSO.
