As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our employees. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems. Your excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and customer-oriented approach will be instrumental in delivering exceptional support to our internal users.
The task in detail :
- Respond to incoming helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems or escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating systems, network connectivity, and application software issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
- Train and assist users in utilizing computer systems and software effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in the field.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and office machines.
- Excellent communication skills and troubleshooting skills.
- At least +3 years as an IT Support or Helpdesk.
- Knowledge of Network+
- Familiar with Microsoft Services (DNS, DHCP, …).
- Familiar with Exchange mail server.
- Flexible with being on-call support.
