شرح موقعیت شغلی

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They will lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support, manage network security, and implement new technologies to improve business operations.

Tasks in detail:

Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end-users.
Leading a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.
Developing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other emergencies.
Monitoring system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Managing vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other technology-related services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, and security protocols.
Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
