Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy in all social media channels.
Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform.
Manage and oversee social media content or generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
Engage customers on our social media properties (contests, content, etc.) to driven feedback.
Manage the reports necessary to show growth and performance of the team.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Requirements:
Excellent multitasking skills.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
+3 years of experience as a Social Media manager or similar role.
Pick up trending issues and provide reports to respective teams for analysis.
Understanding of Social Media Marketing/engagement.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Great interpersonal and people management.
