Responsibilities:
Performing routine accounting tasks.
Daily bookkeeping of various financial transactions and invoices.
Controlling & bookkeeping of petty cash from cities and other departments.
Negotiating with petty cash holders and helping them to have error free documents.
Finding and addressing any discrepancy in accounting.
Offering advice to organizations on how to reduce cost.
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
Preparing the payment request by verifying documentation, and related supporting documents.
Communicating with third parties for reconcling & confirming the balance.
Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Examining the financial documents and confirming their accuracy with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Having responsibilities for daily tasks.
Able to work with other members as a team.
Good communication skill.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to make right decisions even under stressful situations.
Focused and precise on the given tasks.
Ability to manage the time to perform the given tasks in a timely manner.
Familiar with Tax and SSO.
