Responsibilities:
- Protecting the systems from cyber threats, including various attacks, malware and hacking attempts using Firewalls, UTMs and other security tools.
- Safeguarding the organization’s network in line with business goals or objective.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining network security systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in cybersecurity and 3 years of work experience in network security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ingenuity; high tolerance for stress.
- Knowledge of fundamental security concepts such as cryptography, access control mechanisms, secure communication protocols, etc.
- Ability to administer firewalls, UTMs, ADCs, WAF, IDS/IPS and other security tools.
- Ability to designing, implementing and maintaining network security systems.
- Hands-on experience in network forensic tools.
- Hands-on experience in Linux and Microsoft OS.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching protocols.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation, and configuration management tools.
