About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Campaign Management Specialist to lead and execute marketing campaigns that align with our super app strategy. The ideal candidate will effectively manage cross-functional resources, monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns based on the super app strategy, focusing on lead generation and user acquisition.
  • Coordinate and integrate all internal and external resources to ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant execution of all marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Prepare comprehensive final reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage potential synergies in creative, production, and market timing across channels, markets, and consumer segments.
Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management or related fields.
  • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time and project management abilities.
