About the Role:

As the Head of Technology, you will lead both our Back-end and Front-end Technical teams, driving the development of robust, scalable, and secure systems that form the foundation of our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with our business goals, setting the technical vision and fostering a culture of excellence across both back-end and front-end development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of talented back-end and front-end developers.
  • Provide strategic technical direction and guidance for both front-end and back-end initiatives.
  • Ensure the development of scalable, reliable, and secure systems across the full stack.
  • Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and technical expertise.
Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles in both front-end and back-end.
  • Expertise in software architecture and full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
