شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who is hands-on, technically strong, and capable of leading engineers while owning critical backend systems.

As a Technical Team Lead, you will:

Lead a backend engineering team working primarily with PHP and Ruby
Own the design and evolution of core platform services
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
Ensure code quality, scalability, and system reliability
Balance hands-on development with technical leadership

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and drive technical execution
Design and evolve scalable, high-availability systems
Design asynchronous and event-driven systems
Review code, enforce best practices, and improve engineering standards
Participate in planning, estimation, and technical roadmap definition
Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
Support production systems and guide incident resolution
Help hire, onboard, and grow engineering talents

Required Qualifications

2+ years in a technical leadership role
Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and system design
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable being hands-on while leading others
Strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, especially Golang
Good understanding of security principles

Nice to Have

Experience with e-commerce or marketplace platforms
