Takhfifan is looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will turn data into insights and insights into business actions that drive growth and smarter decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets related to user behavior, sales performance, and marketing activities.
Interpret data and prepare ongoing analytical reports and dashboards for various business teams.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytical models that improve efficiency and data quality.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout all collection and processing stages.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams to identify data-driven opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and process improvement.
Deliver actionable insights that enhance user experience and support data-informed decision-making.
Participate in evaluating and implementing new analytical tools or improving existing systems.

Requirements

4+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Strong command of SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
Hands-on experience with large datasets and reporting tools such as Power BI..
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing analytics, customer behavior analysis, and funnel optimization is a strong plus.
Team player with strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
