شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview:

As a QA Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform through a combination of manual testing and test automation. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers to catch bugs early, improve performance, and deliver a best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Review product specifications and collaborate with tech and product teams to clarify requirements.
Design and execute test cases for new and existing features.
Develop and maintain automated test suites (UI/API).
Perform regression and performance testing as needed.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira.
Work closely with developers to reproduce and debug issues.
Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.

Requirements:

2–4 years of QA experience in a tech or product-driven company.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing strategies (manual & automated).
Hands-on experience with UI test automation frameworks like Selenium or similar.
API testing experience with tools like Postman.
Proficient with bug tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., k6).
Knowledge of SQL and ability to query databases for test data.
