شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

Define the company’s overall technology strategy to support business objectives.
Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.
Design the organization's technical architecture and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of technology products aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with other executives, to understand business needs and ensure technology solutions align with those needs.
Oversee data security, management, and governance.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a CTO, director, or similar leadership role.
Broad knowledge of software engineering: languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals.
Deep underestanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging tech trends
Experience in managing complex IT projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
