شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a passionate Product Team Lead to join our team. As a Product Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our product management function.


  • Creating a product strategy based on market and competitor analysis through testing various products.
  • Managing the development process by making sure the development team understands the feature, its details, and how it helps the end-user. 
  • creating a list of features that the team will follow to optimize the use of resources and keep a steady stream of features without long breaks.
  • Reviewing product accessibility to a broad market segment.
  • Develop a comprehensive and ambitious product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term goals of the company.
  • Identify and develop talent, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to achieve objectives.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing strategic product insights and recommendations.

 Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Head Product Management or a similar senior leadership role in a tech scale-up environment.
  • Extensive experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Experience in people management across teams and departments.
  • A fundamental understanding of the Agile methodology
