Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred in Design or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in design research, strategy, service design, interaction design, and/or UI/visual design.
  • Experience with research techniques such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.
  • Ability to communicate research findings and design outcomes thoroughly across different levels of the organization.
  • Product consulting or product background is essential.
  • Fluency in facilitating meetings and workshops using applicable tools and methods (e.g., Design Thinking)
  • You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us.

  • Proficient verbal/written communication to present rationale and deliverables to a variety of stakeholders
  • Storytelling skills with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts to your team and stakeholders.

  • Engagement proficiency with different stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Able to initiate and drive complex projects to completion.
  • A team player with proven experience in working with cross-functional teams while applying user-centered design processes.

  • Ability to work within constraints, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Expert at handling yourself in both collaborative and challenging situations.
  • The high degree of ingenuity, curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness work well with ambiguity and limited direction.
  • Highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of accessibility standards, Interaction and Visual Design trends, and best practices.
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma, Sketch, and emerging design platforms.
  • Familiarity with front-end web technologies.

What you'll do every day (Responsibilities):



• Lead early-stage planning, prototyping, and prototype testing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects/tasks at a time.
• Coordinate projects with offshore resources to facilitate the production of deliverables.
• Define design patterns tailored to the user's objectives.
• Perform quick UX audit and heuristic analysis.
• Apply prototyping techniques according to the project stage to progress quickly and obtain fast feedback.
• Ensure all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals, etc., seen by prospective and existing clients are error‐free, of the highest quality, and always relevant to the client's needs.
• Partner with fellow Designers, Product, and Development to create functional specifications for designs with sufficient detail to estimate and implement the designs accurately.
• Collaborating in improving UX processes and techniques.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly in written, oral, and presentation forms.
