استخدام Senior Product Manager

Tabdeal is one of the largest and most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges in Iran, empowering users to access secure and innovative financial solutions. We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong data-driven mindset and proven experience to play a key role in shaping our products and driving business growth.
Responsibilities


  • Take full ownership of the product backlog, prioritization, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Lead and manage the product team in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment
  • Prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to guarantee successful feature launches
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap and ensure transparency for all stakeholders
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ideate, prototype, validate, and launch new products
  • Gain a deep understanding of user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas for growth
  • Take full ownership of quarterly product goals, develop hypotheses, and execute strategies to achieve KPIs
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support the development team
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to improve retention, engagement, and revenue

Requirements


  • Passion for data-driven product development
  • Positive attitude, excellent judgment, and strong time management skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong ability to communicate analysis results clearly to both business and technical teams
  • Exceptional structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills and user behavior insights
  • Proven experience managing products with 50,000+ active users
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi (a strong plus)
  • Strong negotiation and prioritization skills in complex environments
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
