We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment to support our Chief Marketing Officer. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Marketing Team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and team management, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with our partners and internal team members to deliver results on deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
Working directly with the CMO to support all aspects of their daily work routine, with a focus on supporting Scrum and Agile processes.
Develop, evaluate and continually review marketing programs for assigned products to ensure the programs meet the established objectives.
Maintain the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel (may include domestic and international), and public appearances.
Organize and attend select Scrum ceremonies (such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives), take notes, capture action items, and support follow-through.
General administrative duties, such as preparing memos, letters, presentation decks, and other documents, often related to technical and Agile practices.
Manage phone calls, take messages, and support external visitors or guests.
Evaluate projects using relevant success factors.
Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations.
Supporting new accounts for onboarding and work together with Implementations
Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Support, Tech and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy Executive in a technical environment.
