We are looking for a Speech and Natural Language Processing (Speech & NLP) Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered speech, voice, and language solutions. In this role, you will take machine learning models from research and training through production deployment, contributing to the development of scalable, high-performance AI products.

Job Description

Develop speech-to-text (ASR), text-to-speech (TTS), speaker recognition, and natural language understanding (NLU) models.
Develop emotional TTS and speech emotion recognition models.
Prepare, preprocess, and manage speech and text datasets.
Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy deep learning models.
Fine-tune pre-trained models and improve model accuracy, inference speed, and resource efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product and software engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirement

Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering principles.
Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Speech Processing, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Experience with preprocessing speech and text data.
Good understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Practical experience with Kaldi, Zipformer, and VITS.
Familiarity with Hugging Face, SpeechBrain, NVIDIA NeMo, and Librosa.
Understanding of Transformer architectures, large language models (LLMs), and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience evaluating and benchmarking machine learning models.
Familiarity with Git, Linux, REST APIs, and Docker.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Have

Experience working with Persian (Farsi) language datasets and models.
Experience working with telephony speech datasets.
Experience developing Emotional TTS and Speech Emotion Recognition models.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant research areas
