We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Computer Vision to join our Vision & Anomaly team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for real-world products.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, takes ownership of projects from idea to production, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Beyond developing ML models, you'll play a key role in designing scalable architectures, building production-ready services, and collaborating across teams to deliver business value.

Job Description

Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision and Deep Learning solutions.
Own AI projects end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment.
Design scalable, maintainable, and reliable ML services and system architectures.
Build, deploy, and maintain ML services on Kubernetes.
Optimize model serving and inference using ONNX, Triton Inference Server, and GPU infrastructure.
Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on Computer Vision.
Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
Strong software engineering skills, including clean code, software design principles, testing, and maintainable codebases.
Solid understanding of software architecture and experience building scalable production systems.
Experience developing and deploying production-grade ML services and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.
Experience with model optimization, ONNX, and Triton Inference Server.
Familiarity with GPU-based inference and performance optimization.
Experience with Computer Vision applications such as object detection, recognition, OCR, document understanding, image analysis, or anomaly detection.
Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently drive projects from business requirements to production.

Nice To Have

Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for Machine Learning.
Experience designing distributed or high-performance AI systems.
Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
Familiarity with Linux and cloud-native technologies.
