شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a motivated and process-oriented Jira Administrator (HR Team) to manage, develop, and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence). In this role, you will act as a bridge between various teams, discovering their needs and translating them into efficient, streamlined workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Discovery & Project Creation: Conduct discovery sessions with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and create/configure new Jira projects tailored to their specific needs.
  • Workflow & Process Optimization: Maintain existing workflows and design new, optimized process architectures to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Jira Software Administration: Configure and manage software development projects with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Sprint management, Backlogs, and Boards.
  • JSM & Confluence Management: Administer support portals (JSM), manage SLAs, Security Levels, and Asset Management. Design, structure, and maintain Confluence spaces, ensuring seamless integration with Jira.
  • System Integrations (API): Actively connect Jira with external services and third-party tools (e.g., SMS & notification systems) utilizing REST APIs and Webhooks.
  • Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring: Perform initial troubleshooting for system latency or performance issues, providing precise technical context to the infrastructure team when escalation is needed.
  • Plugin Management: Install, configure, update, and upgrade Atlassian plugins. Utilize key apps such as ScriptRunner, AIO (Reports/Tests), and Refined to enhance system capabilities.
  • Automation: Create and manage automation rules to reduce manual efforts and boost team velocity.
  • Reporting: Design and build practical monitoring dashboards for both operational and management teams.
Technical Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • API & Integration: Solid practical experience with REST APIs and integrating external applications with Jira.
  • Scripting: Ability to write and maintain Groovy scripts (for ScriptRunner and advanced system customizations).
  • Infrastructure: Experience configuring and working with LDAP / Active Directory for robust user and access management
Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and the ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate troubleshooting, learning, and daily operational tasks.
