Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Yasna. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, design, and launch of new products.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute product strategy based on market analysis, customer needs, and industry competition.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessment to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate product strategy into actionable plans.
Create comprehensive roadmaps and development stages for new products, ensuring accurate timelines and budget objectives.
Lead and manage the product development process, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Evaluate customer feedback and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market testing and gather user feedback to validate product features and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to assess the success and impact of product initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the product domain.
Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, features, and benefits to internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong technical background and familiarity with code.
Previous experience as a Technical Product Manager is a plus.
Experience in B2C or B2SMB is highly advantageous for candidates coming from a Technical PM background.
Proven ability to work effectively in an agile and multicultural team environment.
Results-driven mindset, with a focus on measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Enthusiasm for creating and innovating, with a passion for efficiency and productivity.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new productivity tools.
Ability to switch between detailed execution and strategic thinking.
Comfortable being a generalist while also developing expertise in specific topics or skillsets.
