شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsible for operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving enterprise and data center network infrastructure across Production, Management, DR, Kubernetes/Tanzu, and VMware/NSX environments.

Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot enterprise and data center networks
Support Cisco Nexus / Catalyst environments, VLANs, Trunking, STP, LACP, and Port-Channels
Configure and troubleshoot Static Routing, OSPF, BGP, and Policy-Based Routing (PBR)
Operate and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls
Configure and maintain Firewall Policies, NAT, VPN, IPS/IDS, Application Control, and Security Profiles
Review firewall policies, remove unused rules, and maintain proper policy documentation
Support VMware vSphere, vDS, NSX, and overlay networking environments
Collaborate with Platform teams on Kubernetes/Tanzu networking, Ingress/Egress, and East-West traffic design
Monitor infrastructure using Zabbix, Splunk, and VMware Aria Operations
Perform troubleshooting using Wireshark, tcpdump, and packet capture analysis
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, topology diagrams, and RCA reports

Required Skills

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, NAT, and VPN technologies
Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus / Catalyst
Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls
Familiarity with VMware NSX and vSphere Networking
Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills
Basic Linux and Windows networking knowledge

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Kubernetes/Tanzu Networking
Experience with Ansible or Terraform
Experience in Multi-Site and DR environments
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or VMware VCP-NV

Soft Skills

Strong troubleshooting mindset
Ownership during incidents and operational issues
Good documentation discipline
Ability to work effectively with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams
