Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end execution of fintech projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with Technical, Product, and Operations departments to enable smooth and aligned project execution.
Develop and implement frameworks to initiate, track, and monitor projects across the Fintech divisions.
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards to deliver real‑time insights into project status, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
Continuously monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and apply effective risk management strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within fintech, business development, or operations.
Strong proficiency in financial data analysis with the ability to generate actionable, data‑driven insights.
Familiarity with industry‑specific tools, systems, and technologies in fintech.
Proficiency in project management software and related productivity tools.
