شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our professional infrastructure team, focused on operating and evolving a VMware-based Private Cloud with strong exposure to Linux, Kubernetes, and automation.
In this role, you will work closely with DevOps and Security teams to deliver a stable, secure, and highly automated cloud platform in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a VMware-based Private Cloud (vSphere, NSX, Tanzu)
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
  • Provision and manage VMs, networking, and cloud services
  • Monitor infrastructure, Linux hosts, and platform workloads
  • Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure and operating system layers
  • Follow best practices for availability, security, backup, and DR
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams
Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Linux systems in production
  • Hands-on experience with VMware Private Cloud (vSphere, NSX)
  • Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VLAN, DNS, routing)
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows
  • Motivation to learn Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure / Cloud / Platform roles
  • Solid background in enterprise or production environments
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
Nice to Have:

  • Experience with VMware Tanzu
  • Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of backup and DR solutions for Kubernetes
