At FarabiTech, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Lead to take our Wealth Management product into its next phase of scale and growth.
We already have the foundation. Now, we’re looking for someone who can turn that foundation into a growth engine.
You’ll own the product strategy for a platform that sits at the intersection of investing, wealth management, and neobanking—and help shape how people discover, activate, and grow their financial assets.
This isn’t a role for maintaining an existing product. It’s an opportunity to design the growth loops, financial journeys, and product capabilities that can fundamentally expand how customers engage with their wealth.

What you’ll own
- Set and drive product strategy with a clear focus on growing Assets Under Management (AUM), Monthly Active Users (MAU), and long-term customer value.
- Build scalable growth engines by combining deep customer insight, data, experimentation, and strong product thinking.
- Unlock the broader financial ecosystem by creating meaningful synergies across brokerage, portfolio management, insurance, and other financial services.
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, setting a high bar for product thinking, execution, and impact while helping talented PMs develop into stronger leaders.

Deep fintech experience
You’ve built and scaled successful fintech products and understand the unique dynamics, constraints, and opportunities of financial services.
A growth mindset
You’re exceptional at using data to understand B2C behavior, identify opportunities, and turn those insights into scalable growth loops and measurable outcomes.
Product + financial depth
You combine strong product management fundamentals with a deep understanding of investment products, wealth management, and how people make financial decisions.
Strong people leadership
You’ve managed and developed Product Managers directly. You know how to set direction, create clarity, challenge thinking, and inspire a team to do ambitious work.
Deep fintech experience
You’ve built and scaled successful fintech products and understand the unique dynamics, constraints, and opportunities of financial services.
A growth mindset
