About:

At Soshyant, we are dedicated to transforming the Iranian financial market through innovation and cutting-edge methodologies. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Data Product Manager to join our data teams. The primary objective of this role is to reduce the cost of data-driven decision-making for our product and business managers. The Data Product Manager will take ownership of the product discovery and development process, ensuring that all DE/DS/BI requirements are categorized and reflected with the goal of achieving the highest level of business coverage with accurate data solutions.

Job Description:

Create solid use cases of product requirements in the Data Product Backlog by understanding user data requirements and preferences.
Improve product-related methodologies, implement best practices, and enhance the workflow process.
Regularly identify and discover new product needs, and obtain Delivery and Discovery Ownership to carry out tasks in the direction of the roadmap.
Work with stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of business goals and user needs, considering trade-offs, and defining a product roadmap that aligns with those goals.
Use data analysis tools and techniques to gather insights into user behavior and product performance, and use those insights to inform product development decisions.
Monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize the product.
Ensure that the data products are appropriate in terms of long-term data requirement satisfaction and design basics while satisfying the requirements in a timely and correct manner.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a related role.
Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
Experience working with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product development decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize products.
Fintech experience is a plus.
