We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team at Soshyant. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love turning complex challenges into intuitive experiences, this role is for you.
As a Product Designer, you’ll work on consumer-facing products , crafting user experiences that balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility. You’ll have the opportunity to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, while also contributing to our design system.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills alongside product managers, and engineers while making a real impact on how people interact with our platform.
What You’ll Do:
As a Product Designer, you’ll work on consumer-facing products , crafting user experiences that balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility. You’ll have the opportunity to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, while also contributing to our design system.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills alongside product managers, and engineers while making a real impact on how people interact with our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on the end-to-end design process, from research to final UI execution.
- Collaborate with PMs, and engineers to create seamless user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Assist in iterating on existing designs, improving UX based on user feedback and data.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- +2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
- Strong skills in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Ability to create intuitive user flows and simple, elegant interfaces.
- Some experience in user research methods such as usability testing and surveys.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex flows.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
- A growth mindset, eager to learn from senior designers and continuously improve.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, MS Clarity, or other analytics tools.
- Understanding of agile workflows and design sprints.
