- Monitoring the team based on the specified KPI
- Improving the performance of newly joined vendors in all categories
- Identify potential and gaps of vendors and have the plan to train them accordingly
- Plan for training a large number of vendors
- Be able to analyze a large data (Assortment performance, Sales performance), and do the proper actions
- Grow assortment, monitor products to have competitive price, and increase promotion participation
- Acquire enough knowledge in the online and offline market
- Communicate with all commercial teams and decide on how to improve newly joined vendors.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with sales in ecommerce
- Be a planner
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical and analytical thinking
- Be able to fulfill projects
