Qualifications and Experience Levels:
- 4+ Years of Experience in Data Engineering and building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines
- Experience in Orchestration Tools - Airflow
- Experience or knowledge with Kafka Connect, or Kafka Streams
- Experience with Debezium connector
- Experience designing and developing ETL and ELT pipelines with relational and non-relational data.
- Hands-on Python Development Experience
- Strong SQL Skills
- Design and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Nice to Have
- Bachelors in Computer Science or other quantitative fields.
- Experience with container management and deployment, e.g., Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with ELK Stack
