• Implement scalable processes to ensure new sellers learn the basics of business as fast as possible ( Software, Operation process, Sales improvement basics )
• Close communication with category managers about category strategies
• Monitoring and supporting vendors in different segments and setting semi-automated actions (mass communication, training) to improve their performance
• Checking Activation of long-tail sellers
• Sharing Gap assortment with Long tail vendors to improve their assortment
• Sharing ATP report with long tail Vendors to avoid sales loss
• Ensure competitive pricing of Long-tail vendors especially on index products
• Pushing long-tail vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
• Close communication through phone calls by top vendors
• Delivering KA vendors to category team
