Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Product Manager and CPO
- Collaborating with the product development team (Design, QA, Dev)
- Generating and refining product artifacts (Wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, PRD, Backlog, flows, etc.)
- Determining improvements to product features by interviews, data analysis, and A/B tests.
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning them with business goals.
- Preparing project status, reports, and release notes.
- Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and user feedback.
- Ability to report to the Senior Product Manager and CPO and collaborate with the product development team.
- Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and reports.
- Ability to maintain strong stakeholder relations and provide product support.
- Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attending Psychology courses (in the past or present) is a plus
