Job Overview
We are looking for a Product Designer to work on various products on different platforms we develop for our various segments of customers. As a Product Designer at Snapp! Shop, you will make decisions based on design objectives, research insights, engineering, and product requirements. You will work collaboratively with different teams to develop intuitive user experiences for a broad range of users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and understand user needs and market demand.
- Using quantitative and qualitative techniques and user feedback, working in a data-driven way.
- Planning and conducting user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.
- Create engaging, usable, and effective interaction and visual design solutions that work to achieve customers' goals and delight at the same time.
- Conceptualize the simplest and best solutions to various complex problems.
- Make wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interactions for all product channels.
- Execute perfect design and documentation handoff.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders: Product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
- Assist your team and product managers to define an experience strategy for addressing products.
- Understand development constraints through brainstorming and clear communication with development teams and management.
- Managing multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines, and championing projects from concept to completion within a fast-paced environment.
- Present your design work to peers and partners with exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications:
- At least +2 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
- Submitting a portfolio to showcase how you think and work as a designer.
- Strong knowledge of current design industry best design processes, methodologies, and trends.
- UI/UX/Interaction Design experience is required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent graphic design skills (layout, typography, color).
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools.
- Expertise working with Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiar with working with information architecture and user flows.
- Able to analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows.
- Able to communicate effectively with other team members.
- Able to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
