شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to strengthen our IT infrastructure and help accelerate our organization’s AI initiatives. This role will manage core system administration duties, streamline operations through automation, and actively contribute to AI-focused projects within the IT team.

Key Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in system administration with strong Python scripting for automation and integrations.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and Exchange (Online/On-Premises) administration.
In-depth understanding of DNS, AD/DC, DHCP, and core TCP/IP networking.
VoIP administration and troubleshooting (SIP, SIP trunks/SBC, PBX) experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to use or integrate cloud-based AI APIs (e.g., Azure, OpenAI, Google Cloud).
Strong problem-solving skills, documentation habits, and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange (Online/On-Prem), Active Directory, DNS, and Domain Controllers.
Manage Windows servers — perform hardening, patching, and backup operations.
Develop and maintain Python scripts for provisioning, reporting, log analysis, and workflow automation.
Create and optimize automation solutions using PowerShell, Bash, and low-code platforms like Power Automate and n8n.
Collaborate with the IT and AI teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
