We’re looking for an energetic and curious HR Specialist to join our growing team!
If you’re passionate about people, eager to learn, and excited to start your career in recruitment, this is your chance to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process — from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Support hiring managers in organizing interviews and preparing candidate evaluations.
Learn to source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Maintain and update candidate and employee data.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Some practical experience in HR or recruitment (internships, part-time jobs, or university projects are a plus).
Good understanding of basic recruitment concepts and a willingness to learn HR tools and systems.
Excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity about people and teamwork.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
A proactive learner with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
