We’re looking for a proactive and passionate HR Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, your main focus will be hiring great talent — from finding and attracting potential candidates to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events).
Write and publish engaging job ads that reflect our company culture and attract the right candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews, assess cultural fit, and guide candidates smoothly through the hiring journey.
Support hiring managers in defining job requirements, interview structures, and evaluation criteria.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source efficiency) and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, especially in areas like performance, engagement, and learning.
Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (engineering backgrounds are welcome).
2–3 years of experience in HR, ideally with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, applicant tracking systems).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in people.
Analytical mindset , comfortable working with data and optimizing hiring processes.
Passion for working in a fast-moving, growth-driven company with a flexible and collaborative culture.
High ownership, problem-solving skills, and a desire to make an impact.
