About the Role

• Develop, maintain, and scale end-to-end analytical solutions to support business and product decision-making.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Design, automate, and optimize analytical pipelines and workflows using SQL, R, and Python.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical and production environments.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytical tools.
• Contribute to KPI definitions, metric standardization, and data model development.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong proficiency in R.
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-grade analytics environments.
• Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or logistics is a plus.
