. Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, retention, churn).
. Prepare weekly/monthly CRM performance reports.

. Coordinate with content/design teams to prepare assets for campaigns.
. Ensure correct implementation of personalization tokens and dynamic content.

. Tool & Platform Management
. Operate CRM and marketing automation tools (Webengage, Internal CRM tools)
. Maintain customer lists, attributes, tags, and data hygiene.

. Cross-Functional Collaboration
. Work closely with product, marketing, data, and other teams to support CRM initiatives.

Requirements:
. 0–2 years of experience in CRM, eCRM, digital marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
. Basic understanding of CRM, eCRM, performance marketing, customer lifecycle, retention, and segmentation concepts.
. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior and campaign performance.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
. Experience working with analytical dashboards such as Power BI.
. Good understanding of CRM and retention KPIs, including Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, CTR, DAU, MAU, Churn,
LTV, Cohort Analysis, and Active Users.
. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
. Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus.
. Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage or similar tools).
. Knowledge of data analysis tools and customer segmentation techniques.
. Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or a startup environment is a plus.
