استخدام Senior Business Finance Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

• Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB): Design and drive the zero-based budgeting process — justifying every cost line from the ground up — to optimize resource allocation and eliminate non-value-adding spend across the organization.

• OKR & Roadmap Setting and Closing: Coordinate the definition, ongoing tracking, and formal closure of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) alongside operational roadmaps across all business units, ensuring strategic alignment and accountability.

• S&OP Alignment Across Teams: Facilitate and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to align demand, supply, finance, and operations, driving a single integrated plan across the organization.

• Monthly Financial Insights: Prepare and present monthly analytical reports covering variance analysis, key financial trends, and actionable recommendations to improve business performance.

• Tech and Product Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize technology and product investments based on financial return, strategic alignment, and budget constraints, serving as the financial voice in product and tech planning forums.

• Board Deck Preparation: Design and produce comprehensive materials for board meetings — including financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic proposals — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and executive-level storytelling.



 Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, financial controlling, or strategic finance business partnering roles.

• Proficiency in financial modeling tools (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets) and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of P&L structures, balance sheets, and cash flow dynamics in digital/internet businesses.

• Ability to work with operational data; familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.

• Proven track record of implementing Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) or similar value-based budgeting methodologies.

• Experience in Agile environments, internet companies, marketplaces, or technology-driven organizations.
