شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced deep learning and ML techniques. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and intelligent decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), generative AI, deep learning, and other state-of-the-art models.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Fine-tune and customize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve deployed models to ensure fairness, robustness, and long-term reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends, research, and emerging technologies, and apply them to solve complex problems creatively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying advanced LLM, deep learning, and ML techniques. In production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, SQL, and modern ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, statistical modeling, and generative AI.
  • Experience with LLMs and model fine-tuning techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Curiosity and motivation to stay updated with the latest AI research and tools.
