شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Designer at Snapp Grocery, you will be responsible for designing innovative and user-friendly interfaces for our Q-Commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create seamless shopping experiences for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from ideation to launch, and will be expected to lead design initiatives that drive conversion and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define product requirements, and develop design solutions that meet business goals.
• Create user persona, user flow, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented in the final product.
• Advocate for the user and promote design thinking across the organization.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on e-commerce products or web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with working with components and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with front-end development technologies.
