Responsibilities

●Lead and oversee the end-to-end visual and motion design process, guiding the team from ideation to the implementation of impactful product features.

●Collaborate closely with product leaders, engineers, and UX designers to define and refine ambitious design goals and specifications.

●Craft and execute high-quality visual designs, including icons, logos, illustrations, and motion graphics.

●Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all design work.

●Create engaging animations and motion graphics for product interfaces, and other digital assets.

●Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level visual designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continual learning.

●Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and visual and motion design best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

●Proven track record as a Senior Visual Designer with a robust portfolio featuring successful and impactful projects, including motion design work.

●Exceptional proficiency in design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and animation.

●Mastery of design and motion software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc.

●Ability to create and maintain design systems and guidelines, ensuring brand consistency.

●Effective communication and collaboration skills, integral for leading cross-functional teams.

●Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in design assets and files.

●Familiarity with front-end development and technical constraints is advantageous.

●Proficiency in creating engaging animations and transitions to enhance user experiences.
