As a Supply Communication Specialist at Snapp Market, you will be responsible for maintaining continuous communication with both current and prospective FMCG suppliers. Your role will involve regular information exchange to ensure smooth collaboration and keep suppliers satisfied while effectively negotiating and securing necessary materials or data, even when they are hard to obtain. By building strong relationships and utilizing your negotiation skills, you will make it easier for suppliers to provide what’s needed. Given that you will be working with multiple suppliers simultaneously, the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines is essential to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for FMCG suppliers and manage ongoing communication related to their advertising and media strategies on Snapp Market. - Campaign Optimization:
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored advertising solutions that meet the unique needs of FMCG brands. Provide insights and recommendations to improve the performance of campaigns. - Strategy Development:
Work with the Ads & Media team to design and implement communication strategies that align with both brand objectives and the platform’s capabilities, focusing on the FMCG sector. - Content Coordination:
Coordinate with creative teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of ad materials. Oversee the content’s alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines. - Reporting & Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of ad campaigns. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and enhance client satisfaction. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with FMCG clients to foster trust and ensure continuous collaboration and support. - Market Insights:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in FMCG, advertising, and media. Share insights with the team to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably in FMCG, advertising, or media.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Persian.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or tech environment.
- Knowledge of the FMCG sector and its marketing challenges.
- Creative mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
