As a Senior Product Designer at Snapp Grocery, you will lead our Q-commerce platform's design vision and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to create world-class experiences that drive growth and differentiation in the market. Responsibilities: • Define the design vision and strategy for our e-commerce platform, based on user research, market analysis, and business goals. • Lead the design of complex product features, from ideation to launch, and ensure that design solutions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with the overall product vision. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define product requirements, and develop design solutions that meet business goals. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate on feedback-based designs. • Work with engineering teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented in the final product. • Advocate for the user and promote design thinking across the organization. • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support for their professional growth.
Qualifications: • 6+Years of experience in product design, with a focus on e-commerce products or web applications. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, strategic thinking, and impact on business outcomes. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and manage complex design projects • Experience with user research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. • Proficiency in Figma. • The component-first mindset in design. • Familiarity with using and creating design systems. • Ability to analyze, optimize, and simplify complex flows and scenarios. • Ability to conduct interviews with users and test sessions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with front-end development technologies.
