Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire BI function, ensuring alignment of data initiatives with company strategy and business goals.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level BI solutions including dashboards, data warehouses, and self-service analytics tools.
  • Manage BI team members, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all BI systems and pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize BI processes.
  • Integrate advanced analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation for BI development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional data projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
  • Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve analytics capabilities.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI and Airflow.
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data manipulation.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing architectures.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and deliver measurable insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A continuous learner, adaptable to evolving BI technologies and business priorities
